By the Hour - I can provide assistance to you on an hourly basis to complete a variety of tasks. Design a new furniture layout, color consultation, shop for furniture and accessories etc. $50 to 75/hour depending on the distance and scope of work.

One Day Designing and Organizing Children’s Environment - Overwhelmed with the toys? Are the kids taking over? Want some guidance as to how to live in harmony with their stuff and still have a place for you too? With my background in both teaching and interior design, I can help you create spaces throughout your home (children’s bedrooms, play room, family room, kitchen, etc.) that support their growing needs and create a space that is comfortable for adults and not over run with toys. 2 hour minimum
Home Staging Consultation - I will tour your home and prepare a written room-by-room description of detailed recommendations of all the things you can do, using what you already have in the house, to prepare the home for sale. These may include rearranging furniture to highlight architectural details or views, de-cluttering, neutralizing the decor, painting or minor repairs. The end result is a staged property that will wow your buyers and sell quickly for top dollar! Consultations are great for homeowners who want the look of a staged home for a minimal investment. If you are willing to do some work but need an expert to tell you what to do, a Consultation is right for you! 2 hour minimum
It’s All in the Details - Once the report recommendations from the Consultation (see above) have been implemented, I can provide further fine-tuning by bringing in any art, plants or accessories that are needed to put the finishing touches on the home. A budget (determined by the client in consultation with the designer) for accessories will need to be made prior to staging so accessories can be purchased. I will also give you a customized list of things you will need to do the day of the showing to help you leave it ready to sell.
